Our Commitment to Quality
We take pride in our work and stand behind it. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Warranty on most services. If something is not right, let us know within 7 days and we will fix it at no extra cost.
What’s Covered
Our warranty applies to the following services:

Lawn mowing (uneven cuts, missed sections)

Mulching (missed areas, poor coverage)

Grass seeding (improper spread or preparation)
-
Shrub and hedge trimming (missed or uneven areas)
-
Small tree and shrub planting (stability, depth, placement)
If the issue is caused by our workmanship, we will come back and make it right.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

Weather-related damage (storms, drought)
-
Animal interference or pest issues
-
Lack of watering or care after service
-
Damage from third parties, tools, or foot traffic
-
Service complaints made more than 7 days after service
New Plant Warranty
We offer a 14-Day Limited Warranty on newly planted shrubs and small trees — covering planting technique, depth, and alignment.
We do not guarantee plant survival unless a separate plant care contract is signed. Proper care instructions must be followed.
How to Request a Warranty Visit
To report a warranty issue:

Provide your name, date of service, and a description of the issue

Attach photos if possible for quicker resolution
We will respond within 24–48 hours and schedule a follow-up visit if eligible.
